KOKOGOL Mini Magnetic Chess Set — Pocket Folding Travel Chess Board, Gold & Silver Pieces

The problem with chess on the go

A full-size board is too big to carry, and loose pieces slide everywhere the moment the train moves or the table wobbles. Most travel sets are either too fiddly or too flimsy to actually play on.

Chess that fits in your palm

This mini magnetic set folds in half and slips into a bag or coat pocket. Open it anywhere — trains, planes, picnic blankets, coffee breaks — and the magnetic pieces stay exactly where you put them, even when the ride gets bumpy.

• Magnetic pieces: every piece has a magnetic base that grips the board firmly — no more knocked-over games.
• Full 32-piece set: gold and silver finishes, standard layout with coordinates printed on the board.
• Folds flat: the board folds in half and doubles as its own storage case — the pieces stay inside.
• Built to last: thick, smooth plastic with a fine finish.

Please note the size — it really is mini

The open board measures just 13 × 13 cm (5.1 × 5.1 in) — about the size of an outstretched hand. Folded, it is only 13 × 6.5 × 2.4 cm. It is made for travel and quick games, not as a full-size home board. Pieces stand about 1.2 cm tall.
