Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.Most standard shipments are handled through our trusted carrier, International Packet, based on the weight and product type of your order.Dispatch time is within 1-3 working days, unless there are unforeseen circumstances. Your item will be shipped from our worldwide warehouses, selected randomly based on your location.Shipping Time: Approximately 1-3weeks. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs department are the responsibility of the customer.We regretfully cannot offer a refund or resend for undelivered items in the following situations. Kokogol's policy allows returns within 30 days for general items. However, after this time period, we regretfully can not offer refunds or exchanges.We regretfully cannot offer a refund or resend for undelivered items in the following situations.
